guidance for the associate suppliers when it comes to identifying
the correct candidate.

Inform, educate and empower employees to accept change ?
including changes to business processes, systems and technology,
job roles and organization structures.
Support organizational change management practitioners in
activities and tactics that drive adoption, utilization and
proficiency to achieve business objectives.
- Support strategic change initiatives using accepted
organizational change management approaches.
Essential job functions:
Support delivery of overall organizational change management
Build collaborative relationships with internal and external
teams throughout the entirety of the change initiatives
Create awareness of change by implementing comprehensive
communication plans for all levels of the business
Conduct engagement and readiness assessments with employees
impacted by the change
Participate in the ongoing development and management of change
agent and key user networks
Promote adoption and ownership of change by working with
leadership / management teams and employees
Support change sustainability activities with project teams
including lessons-learned and organizational change plan
Work with project teams to drive project toward successful
delivery by providing status updates, helping to develop creative
solutions and raising risks and interdependencies as
- Aid in management of training logistics
? Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years' experience or an Associate's
Degree with 5-7 years' experience
? Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
? Experience and knowledge of change management principles,
methodologies and tools
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
? Excellent active listening skills
? Ability to identify the needs of a variety of audiences
? Able to establish and maintain strong relationships, capable
of effectively coordinating work activity as a team player
? Flexible, adaptable and resilient; comfortable working in
ambiguous situations and determine an optimal path forward
? Strong organizational skills, effective with tactical
? Basic understanding of graphic design, video production,
website design and maintenance
? Microsoft SharePoint experience desired
