Job Description:

Clean Harbors is currently seeking a Class B Sales and Service Route Driver to join our leading team in environmental services. As an essential part of our dynamic team, you will manage the safe delivery and pick-up of hazardous waste and environmental products, while ensuring robust customer relationships and compliance with all regulatory laws. This role requires proactive coordination and collaboration across various service aspects, emphasizing safety, sustainability, and environmental responsibility. Safely transport hazardous materials while complying with company policies and government regulations. Manage and maintain customer records, logs, and other documentation as required by law. Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle and equipment and perform preventative maintenance checks. Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers, addressing and responding to queries and complaints in a timely manner. Identify opportunities for additional services and reporting potential leads back to the management. Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training sessions to ensure up-to-date industry knowledge and skills. Proficient in managing hazardous materials and understanding relevant legal requirements. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle and operate heavy equipment safely. Good geographical knowledge for effective route planning. Excellent time management to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
