Xray Tech Location New York, NY Assignment Duration This is a
13-week contract position. Schedule 5x8 Monday to Friday with
variable shift start times (6a, 7a, 715a, 730a, 8a). Weekend
coverage as needed. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Xray
Technician to provide lead coverage and general workflow oversight
in a busy tertiary care hospital. In the absence of a supervisor,
the technician will be responsible for serving as a point of
contact during shifts to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity
of operations. Responsibilities - Provide lead coverage in the
absence of a designated lead technologist. - Ensure proper workflow
oversight during shifts. - Maintain operational continuity by
serving as a primary contact point. - Perform various Xray
procedures, including adult and pediatric outpatient services.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Minimum of 1
year of charge experience in a relevant setting. - Experience with
Epic charting system is required. - New York state license required
