Nurse with Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience. This

various nurseries without on-call requirements. Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonates in the NICU, ensuring
their safety and comfort. Monitor and assess patients continuously,
documenting changes and reporting to the medical team. Collaborate
with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare
professionals to implement individualized care plans. Assist in
family education and support during their infants hospital stay.
Float to nursery units as needed to provide care and support
without on-call duties. Qualifications: Active RN license with
experience in NICU nursing. Strong knowledge of neonatal care
practices and protocols. Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment with critical thinking skills. Excellent communication
and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to float between NICU and
