/nKey Responsibilities:/n /n - /n Lead and manage the nursing
department /n /n - /n Develop and implement nursing policies and
procedures /n /n - /n Recruit, train, and retain qualified nursing
staff /n /n - /n Ensure adequate staffing and up-to-date staff
competencies /n /n - /n Monitor clinical outcomes and maintain
compliance standards /n /n - /n Act as a liaison between residents,
families, and healthcare providers /n /n - /n Promote a culture of
dignity, respect, and compassionate care /n /n /nRequirements:/n /n
- /n Current RN license in the state of New York /n /n - /n Minimum
5 years of nursing experience in long-term care /n /n - /n At least
2 years in a nursing leadership or supervisory role /n /n - /n
Strong clinical knowledge and proven leadership skills /n /n - /n
