Job Description:

Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and software solutions, is seeking a Dealer Business Development Manager to enhance and expand our dealer network within the financial services sector. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue growth. The successful candidate will leverage industry expertise and a robust understanding of financial services products to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing dealers. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the dealer network. Implement strategic business plans to advance dealership engagement and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with product teams to tailor offerings for the dealer market and enhance product attractiveness. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective business strategies. Provide training and support to dealers, ensuring product features and benefits are clearly communicated. Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts for internal stakeholders using CRM systems. Strong negotiation and sales skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Ability to analyze data and market trends Sound understanding of financial products and the financial services market Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification in Sales or Marketing preferred Certified Business Development Manager (CBDM) is a plus
