Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a Manager of Account Management to
oversee our talented account management team. This role is pivotal
in maintaining our commitment to delivering superior service and
innovative solutions to our customers worldwide. The successful
candidate will be responsible for leading account management
activities, improving client relationships, and driving revenue
growth by ensuring the highest level of service delivery. Develop
and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts. Lead a
team of account managers, setting objectives and reviewing
performance. Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet
company standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams to
ensure the delivery of project deliverables within agreed
timelines. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize
profits. Regularly report on account status to senior management.
Identify opportunities for customers to increase service utility.
Stay current with company offerings and industry trends. Proven
account management or other relevant experience. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in delivering
client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Proven ability to
manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong
verbal and written communication abilities. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Account Manager
(CAM) preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification is a plus.
