Are you a driven and strategic B2B sales professional with a
passion for high-tech industries and building lasting client
relationships? We're working with a leading, innovation-driven
manufacturer in the automation and advanced technology space to
find a Senior Business Development Specialist who can help drive
growth and build a strong market presence. If interested apply
today! Base Salary: $80,000-$90,000/yr plus commission Schedule:
M-F Days (ideally out of office 3 days/week & typically overnight
2-3 nights/month) Type: Direct Hire! Key Responsibilities: Drive
new business and revenue growth across multiple industries and
territories. Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and
execute impactful sales strategies. Identify and pursue
opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and
client visits. Build and manage a sales pipeline that meets or
exceeds 4x annual target goals. Deliver tailored, consultative
presentations to prospective clients. Track leads, manage accounts,
and forecast performance using CRM tools. Establish and grow
long-term relationships with key contacts at client organizations.
Identify and develop new markets to support business
diversification and expansion. Represent the company at trade
shows, conferences, and industry events. What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 7
years of successful B2B or technical sales experience — ideally in
manufacturing, engineering, or automation. A strong track record of
exceeding sales targets. Strong technical aptitude — able to
understand and articulate complex product solutions. Willingness to
travel domestically and internationally as needed. Self-starter
with a high level of initiative and independence. Preferred
Qualifications: 10 years of experience in technical or industrial
sales. Experience in automation, robotics, or specialty
manufacturing industries. Familiarity with selling to engineering
teams, operations managers, and executive stakeholders. High level
of computer literacy — CRM, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc. If
