matters most.About the OpportunityThe Director of Sales will be
responsible for managing the door-to-door residential fiber
internet sales team and a Community Development Manager. The
position will be responsible for hiring, training, motivating, and
managing a team of salespeople. This role requires a charismatic,
competitive, driven person that can motivate others and lead by
example. Duties & ResponsibilitiesOngoing, recruit and hire a team
of residential door-to-door salespeople. Manage the sales team to
engage with prospective customers face-to-face, which includes
canvassing (door-to-door) using a consultative sales strategy. This
includes hanging door hangers and distributing other marketing
materials. Build a lead pipeline through door-to-door interactions
and conduct phone and/or email follow up.Recruit, manage and
support a Community Development Manager sales team member who is
responsible for prospecting and selling MDUs (Multi Dwelling Units)
property owners and managers.Responsible for monthly sales
forecasting, obtaining monthly sales quotas and hitting market
penetration targets.Track and manage daily sales activities through
tools like Spotio and HubSpot. Communicate the FastBridge Fiber
value proposition to prospective customers and display knowledge of
the network, the company, and how we differ from
competitors.Monitor and report on competition in your area to
identify risk, issues, and opportunities.Partner with FastBridge
team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.Train the
sales team in the office and in the field and continually provide
direction on best practices and sales tactics. Required
participation in local community events, pop-up events, guerrilla
marketing tactics and marketing programs to drive awareness of
FastBridge and acquire new customers.Work closely with the
leadership and counterparts to create a sales execution plan to
ensure revenue growth and obtain sales and penetration
goals.Compensation for this position is $80,000-$90,000 base salary
plus monthly commissions.Please note this job description is not

required.Education & Experience:College degree desired but not
required in lieu of applicable experience. Valid driver's license
and reliable transportation A minimum of 3+ years of sales
management experience in the telecommunications industry or
residential services like, Solar, Pest Control, Home Security.Must
have proven sales experience/accomplishments and a demonstrated
