Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Sales Specialist for the
Mid-Atlantic Region, United States (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment of new and experienced commercial sales
agents
Support agent needs and lead educational classes on available
technology and resources
Assist with agent coaching and transactions
Required Qualifications
Three or more years of commercial real estate sales experience
Must have a valid Real Estate or Broker's license
Ability to effectively recruit sales agents and communicate the
company's value proposition
Proficient with technology tools and training agents on their
utilization
Highly organized and detail-oriented
