Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service and Sales
Representative to engage with customers and manage inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to internal and external inquiries within service level
agreements
Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies for
member accounts
Participate in solution innovation, sales, and retention efforts
with clients
Required Qualifications:
2 years of experience in customer service or call center
environments
Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45
days
Understanding of federal and state regulations for compliance
Ability to work under limited supervision for routine
situations
May provide assistance and training to other employees
