abrasive tools is looking for a Customer Service Representative to
join our team!
This position is responsible for providing outstanding service to
Dynabrade customers, both external and internal, providing
product/service/shipping information, entering orders, and quickly
resolving any customer issues with accuracy, efficiency, and

-- Answer incoming customer calls regarding Dynabrade products.
-- Provide accurate and timely quotes.
-- Accurately enter orders into operating system received via
telephone, fax, and email.
-- Provide support to customers for existing orders.
-- Provide back-up for fellow team members in Customer Service.
-- Assist in processing customer returns.
-- Upsell additional products and accessories when appropriate.
-- Troubleshoot issues and suggest product solutions.
-- Provide support to the Dynabrade Outside Sales Force.
-- Assist with coordinating tools/orders sent in for repair.
-- Assist Dynabrade staff members from various departments in

Motivated, organized, and enthusiastic.
2-5 years of customer service / inside sales experience.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Working knowledge of Industrial Products and/or experience with
