Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst for PACE Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead efforts to support PACE organizations, including
feasibility assessments and operational planning
Analyze relevant legislation and policies, provide strategic
recommendations, and conduct research on PACE and related
programs
Develop written summaries, policy briefs, and presentations for
clients, and present findings to executive-level audiences
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate or graduate degree in public policy, public health,
business, or related field
4-6 years of relevant work experience focused on Medicare and/or
Medicaid, ideally with PACE organizations
Subject matter knowledge in PACE operations or interest in
understanding operationalizing a PACE program
High level of initiative, responsiveness, quick learning ability,
and resourcefulness
High degree of professional maturity
