Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr Operations Analyst, Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the analysis and interpretation of contact center data to prepare reports for leadership
Develop and implement strategic business solutions to improve operational processes
Facilitate the creation of data reporting assets to identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4 - 6 years of related experience or equivalent experience
Moderate to advanced experience with Excel
Preferred experience with SQL and Power BI
Preferred experience in Medicare analysis
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
