set of industries is what we do.What youll do:
- Troubleshoot and repair all facility and manufacturing
equipment.
- Working with variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLCs and systems
associated with automated equipment.
- Repair and install systems and components on industrial
machinery and equipment following codes, manuals, diagrams, and
other specifications using hand tools, power tools and testing
equipment.
- Completion of mechanical equipment repairs/troubleshooting,
including bearings, general machine parts, pneumatic systems, and
piping systems.
- Document and complete maintenance work orders in a work order
management system with labor hours, parts used and a detailed
record of completed tasks.
- Continuous improvement of PM programs to maximize equipment
uptime and increase productivity.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with
all organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.Who you
are:
- You are hands on, and enjoy working on and repairing
machinery
- You are great at troubleshooting and problem solving
- You are a good communicator both verbally and when writing
- You are comfortable working autonomously, but also enjoy
working with a teamWhat you have:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in maintenance capacity in an
industrial manufacturing environment
- AAS degree in an applicable field preferred, not required
- Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. CAD
experience, a plus
- Flexibility to work an altered schedule as needed, to
accommodate business needs
- Team player and willing to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsWhat we
