is seeking a qualified Turnover Specialist to assist with
multi-family apartment upkeep for properties in the Lockport
area.Responsibilities
Make ready / turnover unitsRoutine
maintenance including but not limited to electrical, plumbing,
painting, flooring, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC -Preventative
maintenancePerform emergency on-call services for after-hours
maintenance-related issues -Other projects as assigned to help
Birgo improve lives through real estateSuccessful Candidate
ProfileRequirements
Must be eligible to work in the
United States -Must have a personal and reliable mode of
transportationMust be able to lift and carry 50 pounds without
assistanceMust be able to safely utilize power toolsMust be able to
work in confined spaces as well as ascend and descend ladders and
staircasesSkills
Excellent painting skillsWorking
understanding of maintenance-related fields including drywall,
plumbing, and electricalSkilled at organizing work, managing time,
and following through on detailsAny additional certification (HVAC,
plumbing, electrical, etc) will be considered an advantage -Work
