We are currently hiring qualified Maintenance Technicians to join their team in Buffalo, NY.Job Description: Mission-driven company that is seeking qualified Maintenance Technicians to assist with multifamily building upkeep in the Buffalo, NY area. Pay: $20-$25/hr based on experienceShift:1st shift; 8am-4pmSkills:preventive maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, groundskeepingQualifications:

• 2+ Years in Commercial or Residential Maintenance
• Ability to work on ladders
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Any additional certification (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, ect) will be considered an advantage
• Complete all work orders to the highest standard and in a timely manner
• Demonstrate ongoing professional development
• Time Management
