Job Description:
Citi continues to enhance its business control and governance
framework by building out Institutional Credit Management (ICM), a
new function in the 1st Line of Defense, to house and consistently
manage credit risk activities performed across its Institutional
Client Group organization. ICM's objective is to provide integrated
"end-to-end" credit underwriting, identification, measurement,
management, and monitoring for wholesale credit risk across the
enterprise. Within ICM, the Credit Underwriting function (ICM-UW)
provides analysis, greenlight, underwriting, first-line-of-defense
credit approval and subsequent credit monitoring across all ICG
wholesale credit businesses including Banking, Capital Markets, and
Advisory (BCMA), Global Structured Products, Financings, and
Securitizations (GSP-F&S), Treasury & Trade Services (TTS),
Markets, and Securities Services (MSS). Within ICM-UW, the CAO
organization is designed to lead and manage the operational and
governance functions to design, execute, monitor, and govern the
global credit underwriting strategy across ICM-UW including
Training, Staffing, Communications, Governance, and Controls.This
role will report to the ICM-UW CAO Office supporting Training,
Staffing, and Communications (TSC).Key Responsibilities: Manage
monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and ad hoc reporting processes
related to training, hiring, and staff developmentReview monthly
training and staffing statistics and provide updates to ICM-UW TSC
Team Leads and/or the Global Head of Training, Staffing, and
CommunicationsPrepare regional reports and presentations as
neededCoordinate and complete all assigned projects related to
training, hiring, and staff developmentIn partnership with team
members, support ICM-UW CAO Office, Portfolio Managers, and Team
Leads on regional recruitment efforts, staffing needs, and/or
communications requests as neededSupport ICM-UW Voice of the
Employee (VOE) initiativesEnsure ongoing and timely completion of
tasks to all stakeholders across ICM-UW to sustain a strong control
culture and an unwavering commitment to excellence in executionKey
Competencies:Ability to establish and maintain a strong
understanding of all relevant processes and procedures related to
covered portfoliosUnderstanding of applicable policies and
procedures with the ability to execute change seamlesslyFamiliarity
of Citi's systems and operational infrastructureExperience in
preparing presentations for senior and executive level
managementExperience working with supported training applications
and tools such as Degreed, Learning Management Systems, and
staffing capacity models.Strong interpersonal skills, with the
ability to build relationships and exert influence with and without
direct authorityProactive problem-solver; able to look at tasks
from a broader lens in order to recommend creative
solutionsWillingness and ability to work flexibly across regions
and time zones as needed to support ad hoc requests from senior and
executive managementAbility to work in a rapidly changing, complex,

Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a
Finance, Risk Management, Operations, Underwriting, Human
Resources, or Project Management function. Prior Credit Risk
experience preferred, but not required.Action-oriented and able to
manage multiple tasks simultaneously and shift focus as needed as
priorities changeMicrosoft Office experience (Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint) skillsLanguage skills in addition to English preferred
but not required (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese)This job
