ACV's network of brands includes ACV Auctions, ACV Transportation, MAX Digital and ACV Capital within its Marketplace Products as well as True360 and Data Services.Job Summary:This role works alongside our Transportation Team assigning vehicle transportation jobs to third parties, all while achieving the successful resolution of internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner. They primarily coordinate, track and report on lot sweep]/storage operations and work closely with carrier partners, Business Operations, Major Accounts and Payments teams.Duties--- Responsible for ensuring the timely removal of vehicles from select partner locations by working in conjunction with transporters and storage partners--- Work in conjunction with Major Accounts and our tech team to help streamline processes--- Proactively locate and vet a network of quality transportation services and storage yards--- Communicate the value of working with ACV and why transporters love partnering with us--- Manage relationships and retain quality services--- Use Salesforce to track every relationship found--- Empowered to adjust pricing and creatively link transports to ensure the timely, cost-effective movement of vehicles--- Work interdepartmentally as well as with sellers, buyers, and transporters to determine the status of transport jobs--- Negotiate cost-effective contracted rates with high volume transport partners--- Responsible for updating and checking the status of aged inventory and reporting to the Abandoned Vehicles team--- Assist the Carrier Manager in the identification and implementation of continuous improvements and customer satisfaction opportunities--- Assist the Payments team with reconciliation of partner invoicesQualifications--- 5+ years of related experience in customer service and transportation, supply chain or logistics--- A reliable self-starter who can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment--- A strong sense of urgency and self-motivation--- Problem-solving capability--- Communicate clearly and succinctly--- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow up--- Able to navigate multiple departments--- Comfortable talking to customers on the phone--- Team player who willingly accepts change and continuous improvement--- A history of winning awards for being awesome in some way--- Familiar with business technology (Microsoft Office Suite), Salesforce a plus#Ind123KWAt ACV, we are committed to an inclusive culture in which every individual is welcomed and empowered to celebrate their true selves.
