Analyst will support the configuration and implementation of the
Company's business solutions, including by not limited to workforce
management (WFM) solution/platform during the design, testing and
implementation phases of the project.
To ensure we hire the right person for the position, we are open to
a remote work arrangement with ability to travel 50% or more as
business requires. This role is project-based for an approximate
period of 10-12 months, with the possibility of extension or
What Great Looks Like in the Role
Supports the plan and implementation of the WFM solution, playbook
including policies and procedures
Maintains integrity and accuracy of WFM solution; analyzes, tests,
and implements WFM platform modules
Provides application configuration for time and attendance system,
as well as finance cost centers, payroll, and related structures.
Will write queries and reports to effectively use WFM solution.
Configuration of work schedules, absence/attendance types, quotas,
entitlement, deductions, time entry and evaluation.
Provides business process re-engineering, configuration, data
conversion, application integration, testing, rollout, and

Adhere to and enforce data governance architecture for WFM

limitations. Interacts with users and acts as liaison between
programmers and users.
Directs and coordinates the work of others to develop, test,
install, and modify programs.
Routinely resolves extremely complex problems involving various
groups across functional lines, and exercises independent judgment
in developing process, techniques, and success factors.
During the course of project assignment, may support other

Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years project management experience required
Strong Kronos (or similar systems) experience
Prior experience as a functional member with mid to large scale HR
technology projects for system upgrades, enhancements, and working
on cross functional project team
Experience with union populations and associated system
Strong HR acumen and technical aptitude, with proven experience in
measurement, data analysis and interpretation
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
Self-starter who possesses strong customer focus, command skills,
comfortable implementing change, and dealing with ambiguity
Experience with creating processes and establishing measurements of
the effectiveness of processes
