Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capitol Telephone Exchange
Operator.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer high volume of incoming calls and provide information or
redirect as needed
Provide immediate switchboard service to Members of Congress with
diplomacy and efficiency
Report database discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, and
threatening calls
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Three to five years of customer service, call center, or
switchboard experience
Knowledge of call center systems, software, and equipment
Ability to memorize names of House and Senate members for call
processing
Ability to maintain confidentiality of members' contact
information
