Job Description:

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator - Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Salesforce environment, focusing on Salesforce CPQ and related third-party software systems
Translate business needs into scalable solutions, gather requirements, and track support cases
Develop and maintain system documentation, conduct user training, and monitor integrations

Required Qualifications:

B.S. in Computer Science or related field
4+ years of Salesforce administration experience
Salesforce Certified Administrator and familiarity with Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
Basic understanding of business processes and systems development life cycle/change management
Experience managing sales tech stack integrations is a plus
