Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist -
Renewals to assist with the management of recurring renewal
business.
Key Responsibilities
Support Client Managers/Client Directors by generating quotes and
managing the renewal pipeline using Salesforce.com
Coordinate upsell opportunities and pricing strategies to maximize
profit margins
Act as a liaison between clients and internal business units,
participating in client meetings as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Two or more years of experience in a Business-to-Business
Sales/Client Services role required
Prior experience with managing renewal contracts preferred
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software,
preferably Salesforce.com
Two years of experience in the technical or information
technologies industry preferred
