Job Description:

A company is looking for a Conversational AI Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand business goals and customer personas
Analyze customer journeys and develop optimized conversation flows
Create conversational design documents and lead testing for product improvement

Required Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in conversational AI or chatbot design
Experience designing for AI, machine learning, or AR/VR products
Experience working with client stakeholders and agile development practices
Experience in creating demos showcasing conversational design capabilities
Experience communicating technical requirements to internal and external audiences
