Renewals Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and positioning renewal proposals to partners and customers
Driving multi-year renewals
Collaborating with internal teams to build strategic plans for customer renewals and potential upsells

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of renewal, business development, or account management experience
Proficiency with Excel, CPQ, and Salesforce
Understanding of web security fundamentals such as firewalls, proxies, and gateways
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
Experience in strategic decision-making and advanced planning and organization (preferred)
