Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Operations to drive growth
and operational strategy for a new business line focused on pain
management.
Key Responsibilities:
Scale and optimize the Operations team of Physical Therapists based
on demand
Establish success metrics and monitor key performance indicators
(KPIs) for operational effectiveness
Lead hiring, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to
enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or equivalent
Previous startup experience and ability to thrive in a fluid
environment
Experience in scaling teams and investing in coaching and
development
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools like
Looker
Strong grasp of consumer insights and a customer-centric
approach
