Job Description:
A company is looking for an EAP Service Operations Supervisor to
oversee the workflow of incoming calls and cases in the EAP
Division Care Center.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the EAP Care Center, including
monitoring staff productivity and adherence to schedules
Monitor calls for compliance with EAP policies and procedures,
ensuring service standards are met
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement quality
performance standards and corrective action plans
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Psychology, Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or
a related field
State license as a Mental Health Counselor or Social Worker (LSW,
LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
Minimum 5 years of mental or behavioral health experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience
Experience in staff development or healthcare management
preferred
