Job Description:

*Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP *is seeking an *Attorney *to join its Workers' Compensation & Social Security Disability Department.

Candidates must possess initiative; excellent writing, drafting, organizational, communication and client services skills.

*Responsibilities:

• Manage complex legal matters in helping injured workers navigate the legal landscape.
• Draft pleadings, findings of fact, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct opening and closing statements, cross examination of vocational and medical witnesses and have a thorough familiarity with the record of each case.
• Prepare clients for hearing and appear before Administrative Law Judges to advocate on behalf of disabled clients at hearings.
• Analyzing cases and address issues.*Compensation:
  
  
  • *$85,000 - $125,000* annually, depending on a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.*Benefits: - Medical, dental, life and vision insurance plans

      • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
      • Licensed in New York State to practice law.
      • At least two (2) years of experience performing Workers' Compensation &/or Social Security Disability matters.
