Forms Integration Specialist Hybrid Work ScheduleBuffalo, New York Merchants Insurance Group, is a leading Property and Casualty Insurer in the Northeast, and is looking for a Forms Integration Specialist for our Information Technology team located in Buffalo, NY. The Forms Integration Specialist will become part of a dedicated Information Technology team focusing on developing and maintaining various forms and legacy print applications and is needed to ensure the continuity of legacy operations and the continued migration of legacy forms to our modern forms solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develops and maintains various forms and legacy print applications and is needed to ensure the continuity of legacy operations and the continued migration of legacy forms to our modern forms solutions.Performs unit testing on changes and follows the Change Management process before implementation into production.Prepares Technical Specification documentation before the beginning of development and completes technical documentation for all assigned development initiatives. Qualifications & Skills:Associate degree in Computer Science or similar field of study or equivalent work experience.0 to 1 year practical IT experience.1 year of PDF or MS office Integration/Development.Experience with insurance or financial institution automation systems is preferred.Proficiency in using MS Office suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Proficiency in PDF tools like Adobe or Foxit.Experience in designing Word/PDF forms is preferred.Basic SQL knowledge is desired.COBOL Knowledge is helpful.Xpertdoc or Ghostdraft is desired.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
