Position 2:

• Mechanical assembler/ final assembly
• First shift Job Description:
  
  Mechanical assemblers/ final assembly associates are required to produce high quality defect free products. Demonstrate the ability to operate basic hand tools, the ability to following work instructions, assemble loose components into final assemblies, cross train, and rotate into other areas of final assembly while supporting customer demands. Must have at least one-year minimum experience in warehouse work, factory work, or machine operating experience. We are looking for a hard-working motivated individual that wants to grow with the company.
  
  Preferred Skills
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours per day
  • Routine bending and squatting to get parts off pallets and return finished parts to a pallet
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids
  • Ability to work with various types of metal forming constraints with guidance
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Flexible and responsive to a strong teamwork orientation
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • The desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge
  • Strong orientation toward continuous improvement
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet team expectations
