Responsibilities:

Configure new technology for the company, including software and applications, computer hardware and desktops, and operating systems
Maintain technological equipment, including phones, printers, computers, operating systems, network systems, hardware etc.
Provide new employees with user accounts, company email, and security access so they complete their assigned tasks
Help our staff solve technology-related problems so they can work efficiently
Secure all computer systems and run regular checks to protect our business from cyber security threats
--- Provide technical assistance to clients using our RMM & PSA tools via email, phone, and on-site support
--- Use strong communication skills to make clients feel comfortable with their technology
--- Be a team player to provide the absolute best experience to end-users
--- Must be able to work independently and set daily goals as well as quickly change gears as emergencies arise

Qualifications:

Solid understanding of troubleshooting Internet connectivity, network systems, phone systems, and other technological equipment in the office
Superb organizational, time management, and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
High school diploma or G.E.D. required, associate's degree in information technology or computer science is a bonus
At least two years experience in a professional IT work environment
--- Able to create detailed documentation for all tickets and SOPs
--- Ability to simplify complex topics when working with clients
