About the role:Customer Support - Travel Consultant (Remote)Responsibilities:

• Responding to sales leads and providing email and phone support to existing clients
• Managing and updating the CRM and database - recording client information, taking notes on conversations, and following up with clients to obtain any missing details
• Demonstrating excellent customer service skills and resolving any customer issues or concerns in a timely and efficient mannerRequirements:
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable and confident on the phone, and able to think on your feet
  • Previous experience in a sales or support role
  • Attention to detail, organized, and reliable
