We are Data@M&T.**Role Overview:**This position offers an opportunity to build solutions in the cloud. We're focused on building an Enterprise Data Archival capability for both storing and securely retrieving and rehydrating the assets. We are looking to build this leveraging cloud native solutions powered by Azure Functions.**Primary Responsibilities:**+ Understand, design, and build/code self service processes to enable consistent archival of Data (Excel, .CSV, Image Files, snapshot backups etc.)+ Create, modify, and maintain Azure Functions code along searchable features for people who have lost their receipts. We would look to leverage Java/Scala/Python+ Build processes around the requesting for archiving and the secure rehydration of that data. Look to build out process improvements and code optimizations where possible**The successful candidate will have:**+ Minimum of an Associate degree and 6 years' systems analysis/application development experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years' higher education and/or work experience+ Experience with Agile Methodology+ An ability to build out data products & product enhancements from idea through to launch+ A keen focus on enabling self service for consumers the products they build.+ Strong collaboration with technology partners and customers on feature requirements and prioritization+ A team player mindset with an ability to thrive and effectively communicate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environmentRequired Technology skills+ Programming skillsets in at least one of these languages: Java, Scala, Python+ In-Depth Knowledge of SQL and Other Database Solutions+ Experience in build self-service frame works+ Experience working with multiple file structures - Json, Flat files, XML's+ Experience in developing real time REST based systems+ Experience in developing Batch processing such as blob triggersPreferred Technology skills+ Cloud computing (Azure, AWS)+ NOSQL Databases such as Mongo, Cassandra, HBasePreferred Other skills:+ Agile (such as JIRA), Source code repository (Git, Bitbucket, etc.) CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Teamcity, etc.)**Company:****At M&T Tech,** we're a team of makers, doers, and builders, working to create the most advanced technology solutions in banking.
