The candidate will work with global, cross-functional teams focused on supporting new customer adoptions of our products and add to internal expertise in flammability studies and fire suppression science. than a commitment to us, it is the way we work.Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will drive customer adoption of new fire suppressants for Honeywell Fluorine Products globally. This will include leading all aspects of internal and external technical evaluation and material compatibility of fire suppressants, including with customers and regulatory agencies worldwide. Regular communication with the global technology and commercial teams will also be required, and the successful candidate must have a willingness to travel (10%) to accomplish these responsibilities.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree in science or Engineering.5+ years' experience within the fire suppression industry.WE VALUE
    • Experience within an R&D setting.
    • Experience with flammability testing.
    • Experience with FM approval and/or UL testing.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Project management experience.
    • Involvement in industry standards bodies.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Willingness to learn new technologies.
    • An open, honest, and team-oriented personality.
    • Experience with aerosols.
    • Experience with material compatibility testing.
    • Some experience with all aspects of technology development.
