Fulfillment Supervisor

Position Summary - Second Shift The Fulfillment Supervisor partners with other departments areas to ensure timely processing of all orders. Works with management to ensure all Goals and Expectations are consistently met by providing clear and aligned direction to team members. Job Description Core responsibilities will include the following areas: Accountable for the daily management and development of teams. Oversees the following areas: inbound processing, outbound processing, receipts, put away, QA, packing, shipping and value add services. Dynamic and flexible to support cross functionally within the operation. Communicate with manager, regarding daily goals and objectives, inventory issues, product availability and employee issues. Monitors individual production to ensure all employees perform above the minimum acceptable standards for production, quality, and attendance. Complete weekly audit of employee timecards, monitor employee attendance, create daily plan to hit daily goals. Must be dependable and take accountability for achieving organization's overall goals and expectations. Must act with honesty and integrity in all business interactions. Ability to provide feedback to management on strengths and developmental needs of fulfillment team. Provides work direction to increase order efficiency and accuracy. Communicates effectively with fellow Supervisors and Team Leads to ensure smooth product flow. Consistently looks for and makes process improvements. Enforces company policies and procedures; giving management feedback on any inconsistencies. Maintains and enforces company Safety and Security policies. Follows through on commitments and demonstrates consistency in words and actions. Sets clear expectations for performance standards to fulfillment team. Position Requirements 3-5 years' experience in a warehouse/distribution center. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously. Strong organizational skills, extremely detailed and accurate. Ability to lift 40lbs and be active on the floor. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in building a strong team. Open to working the day or evening shift.
