to hire a Supply Chain Intern. Candidate must be pursuing a degree
in Supply Chain/Engineering/Finance.MBA student pursuing Supply
Chain Management/Engineering/MIS is preferred.KEY
ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMESCandidate selected will support the Supply
Chain group and work closely with Marketing and Sales.Support
Supply Chain reporting, data management, and analytics efforts
through:Reporting and analysisData visualization and story
tellingInteractive, role-based dashboardAdditional experience
includes:Plan, create, change, and complete purchase orders within
SAPCommunicate purchase plans with contract manufacturersManage
potential inventory shortage reports. Take action to reduce
shortages to customers.Communicate customer shortages to Customer
Service Representatives where appropriateCommunicate significant
inventory shortages to Supply Planners and/or Sales Channel Service
ManagersMaintain the plant outbound shipment load planMaximize
Stock transfer order freight utilizationManage the movement of dc
to dc inventory transfers through the C-item deployment
processTrack and develop improvement plans to reduce unplanned
shortagesAnalyze and review inventory to minimize spoilageDevelops
actionable plans to improve customer order fill rateMaintain
distribution center Inbound Scheduling Database. Identify areas of
concern which need
