and empower your future!Job Summary:The Junior Business Coordinator
is responsible for developing and coordinating cross-functional
efforts throughout the organization. He/she will be responsible for
providing traditional support functions as needed (detailed
reporting, creating enrollment packets, documentation upload, data
reconciliation/analysis, etc). The Junior Coordinator will work
under the direction of the Business Operations Supervisor to
support various projects and tasks focused on process and
efficiency improvements. The Junior Coordinator will also assist
with the design and implementation of these projects and tasks.
He/she will help track projects to completion on schedule, on
budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction. The Junior
Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all internal resources
are collectively moving towards implementation. For the right
individual, this position has significant growth
potential.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Have a general
understanding of the DER business, Supply, and the markets NRG
conducts business inProvide administrative support for the
Operations SupervisorSupport ongoing reporting and create new
reporting as neededAssist the Operations Supervisor with driving
process improvement initiatives across multiple departmentsLeverage
abstract, strategic, and creative thinking skills to solve problems
with minimal oversight or directionHave strong organizational,
time-management and interpersonal skillsThe desire to achieve and
exceed all assigned goalsHandle multiple tasks or assignments
simultaneouslyWilling and able to take on various types of workWork
well under pressure, remaining focused and calm in a fast-paced
environmentBe a motivated self-starterCommunicate effectively, both
verbally and written, with a diverse group of customers and
internal departmentsBe proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel,
Outlook, Word, PowerPointWork well in an both individual and team
environmentsWorking Conditions:Open office environmentHybrid; 3
days a week in the officeSome overtime required as special projects
ariseMinimum Requirements:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
education and 2 plus years of professional work
experienceDemonstrated ability to work effectively, both
individually and in a team settingPreferred
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration,
project management, or similar fieldPrevious energy-related
experienceMS Office Proficiency Additional Knowledge, Skills and
Abilities:Will be required to perform additional duties as
