Their duties include preparing food dishes, delivering them to specific people or rooms and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare tables and carts for service Prepare beverages and receive food from preparation areas based on individual resident needs Daily cleaning duties Organizing incoming stock Replenishing supply inventory in the kitchen area.
