You drive Buffalo's first Food Truck with pride and provide a five-star experience to every guest.Drive the Food Truck to and from designated stops for service.Set up the truck for a successful service - stock items, replenish low items, and follow loading/unloading checklists.Monitor equipment, food quality/consistency, and food safety based on the lloyd standard operating procedures.Communicate with your crew and Manager on a regular basis.Ensure every guest receives a five-star experience.
