As an equal-opportunity workplace and affirmative-action employer, we celebrate and support a diverse workplace for the benefit of all: our employees, customers and communities.This position provides operational and servicing support to trust personnel to accomplish the administrative and investment servicing needs of client relationship in the Trust Division.Work in conjunction with IRA team to ensure release of IRA paymentsProvide operational and administrative support to Trust Officers and trust clientsProcess client deposits and disbursements received from trust personnel and trust clientsProcess of client and departmental incoming and outgoing wires in conjunction with wire roomPerform various cash, suspense account and investment reconcilementsSettlement of investment trades placed by trust portfolio managers and external advisorsPosting and reconcilement of income transactions from investmentsCommunicate with third parties to resolve billing and trading mattersReview, research and provide for payment of trust client billsWork in conjunction with Customer Care Team to ensure the release of pension paymentsRelease and reconcile scheduled payments by check and ACHPrepare and maintain accurate account documentation to support decisions/actionsAssist with the preparation of various internal and regulatory reportsPerform research to respond to client, Trust Officer, subsidiary and Bank inquiresMonthly verificationsOther related duties as assigned or directedMaintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashionA minimum of one (1) year of business office experience is required.Education:High School Diploma or GED is requiredAssociates Degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent training is preferredSkills:Organization, attention to detail and multi-taskingComputer including Microsoft ExcelVerbal communication and InterpersonalMathAnalyticalAble to work independentlyHours: 40 hours/week (Occasional overtime as needed)Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
