We are seeking a highly motivated CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST
that will work with our existing Customer Experience team to be the
face of the Digital Media Services client experience. You will be
responsible for resolving our clients issue & concerns by working
directly with the clients and our internal departments to address
root cause issues and increase customer retention by providing
excellent customer service.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:
* have great verbal and written communication skills - these will
be used every day!
* have good customer service skills and enjoy working directly with
* organized and detail oriented and able to keep track of multiple
* have experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* have Prior customer service experience in any field.
