Reporting to the Director of Talent Management,
the Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist plays a vital role in supporting, creating, and
executing strategies to increase the number of candidates that the

The Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist provides
significant consultation and educational support regarding talent
acquisition processes and best practices to executives,
administrators, HR staff and hiring managers. The
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is assigned to support
the most complex and challenging
facilities with a high volume of open requisitions. This
role focuses on the development of
candidate attraction and sourcing strategies, marketing and
branding campaigns, candidate experience initiatives, workforce
recruitment programs as well as projects to improve or
enhance Talent Acquisition processes and systems.

scope, generally with organization-wide impact and are on-going in

- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or higher
plus six to eight years of related experience, or an equivalent
combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in agency and/or
executive search strongly
- Previous experience in health care or related
industry strongly preferred.
- Hands on experience filling challenging clinical
and/or professional roles in a
high-volume recruitment environment using advanced and innovative
sourcing techniques required.
