ELS is hiring for the position of Administrative Assistant - Sales in Lockport, New York.

What you'll do:

The Sales Administrative Assistant helps to maintain an organized Sales Department and assist the Sales Manager with task to promote the community, attract new residents, and sell homes.

Your job will include:

  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Handle inquiries by telephone and electronically for future residents of the community.

  • Organize and maintain files for applications and new home purchases.

  • Maintain online presence for available homes within community.

  • Prepare homes for sale to include staging, pictures, signage and collateral.

  • Assist Sales Manager with home tours and appointments.

  • Maintain open communications with all property and regional staff.

  • Work closely with management to develop an integral team that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of the company.

  • Attend and participate in all company-sponsored activities for residents.

  • Attend and participate in training programs and seminars offered by the Company or affiliated Associations.

  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Experience & skills you need:

  • High school diploma, or the equivalent experience.

  • 1+ year of office experience.

  • Strong communications and organizational skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

  • Part Time or Full Time hours available.
