Job Description:

We are working with NY State on a large statewide project to help with administration of the COVID-19 vaccination. We are looking for candidates out of customer service and customer facing industries such as Restaurants, Hotels, Retail, Airlines, Gyms, etc.The project is projected to last 6 - 9+ months and they have multiple locations throughout all of New York State. All roles non clinical consulting opportunities.We are currently staffing for Greeters, Registration Attentants, Check-in Staff, Vaccine Support Staff, Inventory Support Staff, Runners and Assistance.Please review description of each role below and indicate your preference with your application.1. GREETERSProvide initial greeting of public entering the POD and provide recipients with initial actions and directions to stations within POD based on triage questions/protocol.2. REGISTRATION ATTENDANTSProvide initial greeting of public entering the POD and provide recipients with initial actions and directions to stations within POD based on triage questions/protocol.3. FLOW CONTROLLERSHelp recipients through the POD directing as needed to appropriate stations, ensuring recipients go to stations which are open and not busy, and maintain social distancing.4. VACCINE SUPPORT STAFFProvide assistance to Vaccine Administrators, helping ensure proper vaccine storage and handling and documenting all administered vaccines in the NYSDOH CDMS application with Vaccine Administrators review and approval.5. CHECK-IN STAFFEnsures sign-in and out of all staff and volunteers assigned to the POD, as well as supporting other critical record-keeping and documentation activities as assigned by the Planning & Administration Chief.6. INVENTORY SUPPORT STAFFWorks with Logistics Chief and POD staff to provide requested supplies in sufficient quantities during POD operations. Supports or coordinates other logistical functions (food, cleaning service, etc.). Advises the POD Manager on issues related to equipment and supplies.
