We are partnering with a prestigious hospital in the Buffalo area
in search of an experienced Business Operations Analyst to support
the day-to-day business operations of Supply Chain Management (SCM)
by providing detailed analytics on various departmental performance
metrics and assisting with Work Day.
This opportunity is a 6-month temporary assignment working
full-time, Monday through Friday day hours. The pay rate is $29 per
hour. This facility is ensuring the health and safety of their
employees by practicing social distancing and requiring masks to be
worn at all times as well as undergoing a wellness screening
process before entering the building.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting with Workday
project management; providing operational and business data
analysis support to SCM stakeholders; providing workflow mapping
and process improvement support; developing and implementing new
solutions and processes to improve patient care and business
operations; assisting with data extraction, conversion of data
scrub of current Lawson Supply Chain Management ERP system;
creating data queries using Sequel; developing data mappings of
Lawson data to the new ERP Workday; and any other duties as
MBA with 1 year of experience in business operations analysis
and coordination in a health care setting highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and 3 years of
experience in business operations analysis and coordination in a
health care setting will be considered in place of an MBA.
Working knowledge of MS Office, ERP reporting software (Crystal
Reports, MS Access, Sequel), ERP Software and database knowledge
(Work Day) required.
