An Executive Boardroom and spacious outdoor Courtyard round out over 7,000 square feet of flexible, light-filled event space that can accommodate intimate gatherings of 20 or inspiring events of up to 350 people.The OpportunityAssist the Front Desk Mananger in leading the Front Office operations by providing guidance and leadership to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Ensure that the arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.Position DetailsWeekend and Holiday availability requiredl; shifts will vary.Responsibilities

  • Directs daily activities of Front Desk; analyzes and organizes operations and procedures for Front Desk; ensures Front Desk operations are in compliance with applicable company policies and programs.
  • Directly supervises Front Desk associates including scheduling, training, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining associates
  • Addresses guest and associate complaints and resolves problems
  • Responds to guest inquiries.
  • Orders and maintains inventory of Front Desk supplies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications
    • Associate s degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred; 1-3 years of related lodging industry experience required
    • Previous supervisory/leadership experience strongly preferred
