The OpportunityReporting to the P2P Manager, the Procurement
Operational Support Lead is responsible for overseeing the supplier
enablement team and leading the execution of the strategy for the
procure to pay processes including the P2P platform, in particular,
the management of supplier and item-level data. The Lead Analyst
will play a key part in driving the transformation of the company's
procure-to-pay processes and global deployment and adoption of
standardized procure to pay processes.
Serves as a leader within the P2P and supplier enablement team;
provide guidance and mentorship to analysts.
Oversight for the management and administration of the data within
Delaware North's Procure-to-Pay platform.
Meet with internal end-users to understand and implement process
improvements and system enhancements with relation to
e-procurement; translates knowledge of customer and stakeholder
requirements into operational needs in support of the business
Perform system and integrated testing in collaboration with IT,
end-users, and third parties for process enhancements and
Leads and supports the implementation roll-outs for new concepts
Provide insight and guidance on purchases to ensure items are set
up with enriched descriptions following the Company's internal
controls and governance policies.
Support supplier on-boarding enablement activities.
Analyze data, and assure tasks are executed in quality and timely
manner in support of achieving global procurement performance
Work with other teams to understand the diverse requirements of the
Sourcing and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and systems, to
complete basic investigations of data trends and outliers to
determine root causes of issues and recommend and track the
implementation of solutions.
Work with other members of the P2P, strategic sourcing and category
management to accurately record suppliers' diversity status,
forecast, track and report actual spend with such diverse and small
businesses to manage the Company's Supplier Diversity Program and
Use analysis results to help develop recommendation to improve P2P
processes, operational, and strategic sourcing activities.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or analytical/technical field
At least 5-7 years' experience in procurement systems, procurement
operations or food & beverage operations.
Previous experience in supervisor/management role.
Previous experience managing eProcurement products.
Strong knowledge of end to end procurement to pay practices
including recipe management, yield management, inventory
management, and distribution.
Strong analytical skills (ability to work with large data sets in
MS Excel/MS Access) required. Strong interpersonal, team-building
and problem-solving skills required.
Strong communication skills to manage supplier relationships.
Able to prioritize and execute activities effectively with many
competing priorities required.
Required travel of 25% primarily within the US, with potential of
UK and Australia travel.
Experience working in and with remote teams desirable.
