Now Hiring: Manufacturing Associates – All Shifts Available Location: Buffalo, NY – CleanFiber Buffalo Facility Shifts: A Shift – 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM – Every Sun, Mon, Tues & E/O Wednesday B Shift – 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM – Every Sun, Mon, Tues & E/O Wednesday C Shift – 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM– Every Thurs, Fri, Sat & E/O Wednesday D Shift – 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM– Every Thurs, Fri, Sat & E/O Wednesday What You’ll Do As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll be part of a high-energy production team making our innovative, eco-friendly insulation. No prior manufacturing experience? No problem – we provide paid on-the-job training . You’ll: Operate and monitor production equipment. Feed raw materials into machines safely and efficiently. Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment maintenance. Follow safety procedures and keep your workspace clean and organized. Move materials with forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand. Communicate with your team to keep production running smoothly. What We’re Looking For Dependable and safety-focused, with a strong work ethic. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs during your shift. Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy environment with varying temperatures. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
