Career Growth: Strong internal advancement opportunities for motivated individuals. Key Responsibilities: Assemble sub-systems and components by hand using provided tools and instructions. Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Use material handling equipment as needed (training provided). Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the assembly process. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety and OSHA guidelines. Communicate professionally with teammates and supervisors. Complete necessary production and quality documentation accurately. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training is a plus. 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Willingness to work overtime and adjust to production needs. Basic computer skills. Able to stand/sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. Team-oriented with strong communication skills. Available Shifts: Shift 1: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM (4x10s) Shift 2: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM (4x10s, 12% shift differential) Shift 3: Friday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–6:00 PM (3x12s, 12% shift differential for 36/40 hours/week) Pay Rate: $18–$21.50 per hour, based on experience and interview 12% shift differential for Shifts 2 and 3 (included) Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
