Job Title: Molding Operator Location: West Henrietta, NY Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Molding Operator to support production for one of our top clients in the manufacturing sector. This temp-to-perm opportunity is perfect for candidates who are quality-focused and enjoy hands-on work in a clean, fast-paced environment. As a Molding Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating molding machines, inspecting parts, packaging products, and maintaining documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards. Your role will be essential in ensuring each part meets the high-quality expectations of our client. Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Mon. - Fri. Pay: $20.00/Hr. Responsibilities: Perform visual inspections of molded parts based on the Quality Plan. Operate assigned molding machines accurately and efficiently. Use tools such as sidecutters or CNC mills for secondary operations as required. Package finished products per specified packaging standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the molding cell. Refill material hoppers to ensure continuous machine operation. Accurately record rejected parts, shift notes, and hours worked. Provide backup support for other operators during breaks or as needed. Follow all company procedures and quality documentation requirements. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors or management. Additional Duties (as applicable): Assist with material handling to support molding operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in molding, manufacturing, or optical inspection is preferred. Strong visual acuity and keen attention to detail. Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions precisely. Team player with a solid work ethic and strong sense of accountability. Familiarity with ISO 9001/ISO 13485 quality systems is a plus. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for prolonged periods during the shift. Capable of lifting and moving materials up to [insert weight, e.g., 35–50] pounds . Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and in environments with occasional noise, dust, or fumes. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. May be exposed to standard industrial conditions including noise, dust, and moving machinery.
